The quote tool

Answers to the six quoting questions—gender, birthdate, self-rated wellness level, tobacco status, coverage size, and length—go to the carriers' quoting backend to generate rates and aren't retained by this website. Rates come back without storing your name, street address, phone, or email. Matching identical submissions can pull a short-term cached result so the backend doesn't get called again.

Applying

When you proceed to apply, the answers from your quotes pre-populate the application, which runs under the carriers' privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency, California License 0B75129, handles the application process.

The contact form

Contact submissions gather your name, email, an optional phone number, how you'd like us to reply, what it's about, and the message itself. The agency gets it via email; your email becomes the reply-to. No copy of the submission is kept by this website, no submission log exists, and no message text is archived. Your browser runs a lightweight anti-spam filter before submitting.

Measurement

This website logs activity using direct, cookie-free analytics served from this domain itself. Cookies and tracking tokens are not created; the final two octets of IP addresses are deleted before storage; query strings in referrer links are stripped; event logs expire at 90 days. Browsers with Do Not Track enabled or Global Privacy Control activated are not logged at all.

What we do not do

Personal information is not bought, sold, or traded; advertising networks and analytics from a third party don't run here. Only the carriers' application software—which loads only when visiting the apply page—is third-party code.
